We invoice the agency/client for the completed work. Then, once we've received payment from them and verified your tax status with HM Revenue and Customs, we'll deduct our margin and tax as required and pay you.
The moment we've sent a payment to you, we will text you confirmation of the amount.
For speed and efficiency, your pay statement will be available within your online account as soon as the payment is on its way to you. If you prefer we are able to email or post this to you.
Your monthly tax deduction statement/self-bill invoice is available in exactly the same way as your pay statement.
