Now, we are thrilled to announce that our efforts in upholding these standards have been recognised by the UK’s leading membership body for compliant professional employment service providers, the FCSA with an accreditation from the organisation.The accreditation now means that we are able to further our expertise, knowledge and dedication to our contractors and recruitment partners with much sought-after approval from the FCSA. The FCSA have recognised our commitment to becoming a leading service provider across the contractor supply chain, through our expert umbrella employment and CIS payroll services. Our sister firm, 2020 Accountancy, has also been awarded the FCSA accreditation, meaning that our reputation and dedication across the contract market will continue to grow and develop into 2021. NWM were recognised for our instrumental part in working alongside thousands of contractors across a range of industries, whilst upholding excellent industry standards in compliance and our focused approach to day-to-day operations.These operations were assessed by an independent team, whilst our overarching business vision and strategy were also reviewed, ultimately leading to the accreditation from the FCSA. Phil Pluck, CEO of the FCSA, congratulated NWM on joining the ‘gold standard’ of compliance in the contract industry.The FCSA looks to raise standards and promote supply chain compliance across the temporary labour market, which are both integral to the success of NWM and 2020 Accountancy.
